Weave their patterns and vie for control.

A spaghetti junction of influences moulding metropolis,

Liquid life pours the world into an urban mould.

Power flows and disrupts,

Draws in and pushes away.

Blood flows, life force

Blocekd, rationed, hoarded, controlled.

Powerlines criss-cross the city,

Light up the shadows for those with a key.
